NETg Technical Requirements
SkillSoft is committed to providing up-to-date and timely
support for all NETg web and PC based products by supporting newly released
operating systems within six months of their release and browsers
within sixty days of their release. (SkillSoft does not support Operating
Systems or Browsers in beta or pre-release status.)
Clients will be notified of any changes in supported operating
systems or browsers and will be granted a grace period of six months
after an operating system manufacturer drops support for a particular
version and sixty days after a browser manufacturer drop support.
During this period, SkillSoft Support will continue to accept
calls on the discontinued operating systems and browsers. Clients
are encouraged to upgrade their operating systems and browsers so
they may continue to receive technical support.
The system requirements in the list below are currently supported
by the manufacturer and have been thoroughly tested with NETg products.
This list also includes the appropriate minimum system requirements
pertaining to Java Virtual Machines (JVM)/Java Runtime Environment
(JRE), processing speed and RAM based on the browser, operating
system and product used.

- Browser must support cookies, Java and JavaScript

- Network Connection: 56K modem bandwidth is the recommended
minimum for download mode. ISDN, DSL, Cable Modem bandwidth
is recommended for browser-playable mode.
- Audio hardware is required for the audio version for online
usage.

thus hard drive requirements are dependent on quantity of courses

engine.
